Requesting a Consultation
If you’re new to the process, you may be unsure of what to expect. Scheduling a consultation can help you figure that out by properly communicating your needs to us.
Please read through this section and follow the instructions in preparation for a smooth consultation.
(Consultations are $25 for 30 min segments. Purchase your consultation by adding it to your cart below⬇️)
Here are some important questions that we'd like you to have an answer for, BEFORE booking your consultation.
- Do you know what type of wig you want? Lace front? Full Cap? If you need a description of each to better make your decision CLICK HERE!
- Do you have any known allergies to certain hair types? (Brazilian, Malaysian, Cambodian, etc...)?
- Do you have any experience with wig maintenance? Do you know how to maintain your hair on your own from home?
- If you are not in traveling distance (Chicago South Side), do you have a professional in place to apply & continue your maintenance if you are not able to do it yourself?
What is your preference as far as curl pattern? (Straight, Kinky, Deep wave?) For examples, CLICK HERE and scroll down to Weave Patterns & Textures.
- What are your main concerns about wearing a wig? (Alopecia, thinning hair/edges, transitioning from natural, etc)?
- What would you like to accomplish, or what issues would you like to address with a wig option?
- Do you know how to measure your head for a wig? If the answer is no CLICK HERE and scroll down to Head Measurements.
- What is your face shape? (If you don't know, IT’S OK 🙂! With some people, it helps to determine the right style of a wig when you know what looks best with their face shape. It’s not mandatory to know this, but if you’d like to, it can be determined through scheduling a consultation, or you can CLICK HERE for more insight).
By answering these questions, you greatly minimize time by having ready-made answers available.
If you've completed the questions & have your answers ready, a 30 minute consultation should be all you need. Exceeding the time limit for the consultation will result in another $25 consultation fee.
