1. Bring Your Own Supplies: Please make sure to bring your hair & any other wig supplies you may need for the custom wig.

2. Hours: Our same-day wig services are available from 7am-12pm. Please plan your visit accordingly.

3. To secure a same-day appointment: it is essential to text us early (Preferably before 10a) This will allow us to accommodate your request and ensure a smooth experience.

To book your appointment, please TEXT us at 773-370-3726. This is the only method for scheduling an appointment with us. (Please note that appointments cannot be made through social media or any other source.) We look forward to hearing from you and assisting you with your wig needs.

4. Deposit Requirement: To confirm your appointment, we kindly request a deposit of $25, which will be credited towards your total balance.This deposit is payable following the confirmation of your appointment availability. Please note that your appointment will be secured only upon receipt of this deposit.

Payment options will be given during the booking process.

5. Wait or Drop-off Option: You have the choice to either wait for your custom wig to be made or drop off your supplies and pick up your wig at the scheduled time later in the day. Please inform our staff about your preference when booking your appointment.

6. Additional Services: In addition to wig-making, we also offer installation and styling services. If you would like to have your custom wig installed and styled by our experts, please let us know when scheduling your appointment.
