2. Custom Crowns

Due to the nature of the Custom Crowns we sell, we regretfully inform you that we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. It is crucial that you provide accurate measurements, length, color, and wig type/texture when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for mistakes made that are not our own.

 

3. Concerns and Complaints

If you have any concerns or complaints, please direct them to our Customer Care department within 5 business days of receiving your order. You can reach us at crownsolutions@yahoo.com, ensuring that you include "Customer Care concern" in the subject line of your email. Failure to include this title may result in a delayed response. Please provide your name, email used to place the order, phone number, order number, and a brief description of your concern. Additionally, clear pictures showing the wig in its original form and without any alterations must be included if you wish to exchange or receive credit. This must be done before attempting to return the item. We will provide you with return details and instructions via email.

 

4. Damaged or Faulty Products

In the rare instance that you receive a unit or product that is damaged or has faulty construction, you are eligible for an exchange or credit towards future purchases. Refunds are not an option. Exchanges will only be made for the exact same item that was originally ordered. No changes in color, length, make, or type can be made. We will inspect all returns to ensure that the wig has not been altered before issuing an exchange or credit.

 

5. Exclusions for Exchanges

Please note that the following circumstances do not qualify for exchanges:

- Changing your mind about the purchase

- Choosing a wig/style that is not flattering to your face or lifestyle

- Disliking the color

- Selecting the wrong size

- Incorrect measurements provided for custom units

 

We do not assume responsibility for personal decisions in these instances.

 

6. Risk and Shipping

All risks associated with the product pass to the consumer once the order is dispatched from our premises for shipping. We are not liable for any issues that may arise during shipping or delivery.
