Shipping Policy

We ship the our goods via USPS.

Normally, we (seller) bear the shipping fee, that means, free shipping for buyer. In some special cases (Ghost Wig Making services, or any other transaction where the customer bears the liability), the buyer needs to pay the shipping, which is to be calculated according to merchandise purchased.

And, the following conditions will be borne by the buyer:

1. If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the buyer.

2. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.

3. The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

Handling Time: Shipping out within 1-5 days after we have received your payment

The USA: 3-5 business days.

Other Countries: 5-8 business days.

Helpful Hints:

1.Normally, the local shippers deliver packages on workday ( Mon. - Fri.). Therefore, to ensure your parcel will be delivered to you safely and punctually, it's better for you to choose an address where you can receive the package on workdays as the shipping address.

It's best to keep your phone open, because the shipper might contact you via phone. You are responsible for providing a contact method that you can receive shipping information by call or text.

2.Some shipping services need the customer's signature to be successfully delivered. If we ship the goods to your delivery address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please make sure that you or your authorized person are at the delivery address 

3. If the problem with your delivery is because you've given the wrong address, we will not be responsible for the loss of the package.
