Practicing good maintenance habits is essential to keeping your Crown looking its best. Neglecting your own real hair results in damage & hair loss. The same can be said for your Crown's as well. They will not last forever, however following these tips can help add longevity & cooperative behavior to your Crown life.

🫧We advise using moisture rich shampoos/conditioners to care for your crown/hair. Co-washing is suggested for regular cleansing but if you have product build-up, we suggest using a clarifying shampoo & following up with applying a deep conditioner & rinsing with cold water.

😵Excessive shampooing will strip your tresses, causing them to dry out resulting in tangling. Before you shampoo, make sure you detangle the hair first using your fingers, then a wide tooth comb. Proceed to wet the hair & lathering with a & downwards motion. Make sure not to scrub the hair roughly or cupping the hair in your hands when cleansing. This will minimize damage & tangling. Rinse thoroughly with cold water.

🪮Minimize heat usage from blow dryers & styling tools. Excessive use can alter the curl pattern or texture of your tresses. Avoid using products that contain alcohol.

🧕🏽Exposure to salt water, hard water or chlorine can also strip the hair of moisture. Protect your crown/tresses with a swim cap &/or other snug coverings to ensure the hair is safely protected.

🧴Use a weft sealer to seal your wefts to reduce shedding..

💇🏽‍♀️Consulting a professional stylist before bleaching/dyeing your tresses is strongly recommended.

Crown-Lift

A Crown-Lift is a face lift for your crown (wig).

A lift may include one OR more of these services

  • Revival-Moisture rich shampoo & deep conditioning process.
  • Stitch reinforcement-tracks are re-stitched in places where the previous stitches are broken.
  • Density increase-adding more hair a half bundle at a time making the wig fuller.
  • Styling-crown can be styled to the clients wishes. An inspiration picture would be submitted as a guideline.
  • Swapping-frontal, lace Closure or lace part closure can be replaced with a new one.
  • Accessories- combs, clips or elastic bands can be added or removed from the crown.
  • Color services can be done upon inspection of the health of the crown.

If the integrity of the crown has not been compromised prior to receiving it from the client, we can proceed with color services with an inspiration pic submitted as a guideline.
